Seriously. Do children have some sort of internal mommy radar that they know when we are sick and work against us? Seeing as how i have caught the stomach bug going around, my daughter thought today would be a really good day to be especially high maintenance. As in, she smeared lotion all over the window and screen in my bedroom. Grrr...

On the upside, the dog is incredibly tolerant as she once again decided to use his paws for 'this little piggy'. That poor dog just lays there and takes it. Of course, it could be even trade for all the goodies she throws his way/abandons around the house. Oh well.

On the potty thing from yesterday, Magoo did manage to get almost to her potty chair before peeing all over the place. Pull ups...at least the white cloud brand...have the absorbancy of a ziploc bag. No progress today though.

  1. They not only know when we're sick, but they can smell when we've sat down and are relaxing in front of the TV with a piece of cake or something equally bad for you. They always choose that exact moment to require a drink of water. It's a little known fact but I've seen it proven time and time again. :)

    Hope you feel better soon!
